WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ERRORS OR OMISSIONS THAT MAY OCCUR AS A RESULT OF THE TRANSFER OF INCORRECT INFORMATION FROM THIRD PARTY TRAVEL SERVICE SUPPLIERS. We do not guarantee, and you do not hold us responsible or otherwise liable for, any such Travel Service Suppliers' rates, bookings, reservations, connections, scheduling, services, security, facilities or protection of personal belongings.

Furthermore, we assume no responsibility for, and you do not hold us responsible or otherwise liable for, overbooking, cancellation or hotel, airline or cruise-related delays. Separate Terms and Conditions may apply to your reservation and purchase of travel-related goods and services that you select as required by the Travel Service Suppliers with which you elect to do business.

You agree to, and shall, abide by the Terms or Conditions of purchase imposed by any Travel Service Suppliers with whom you elect to do business, including, but not limited to, payment of all amounts when due and compliance with all rules and regulations regarding availability of fares, products, or services. By embarking on travel arranged through, or utilizing information contained on, our Website, you voluntarily assume the risks associated with such travel.

When using our Website, you assume full responsibility for, agree that we are not responsible for, and hereby release us from any and all travel requirements, travel precautions, safety and security measures, sanitation conditions, telecommunications, facilities, services, and any and all other risks and hazards that you may encounter in or on your way to or from your chosen destinations. WE RECOMMEND THE PURCHASE OF TRAVEL INSURANCE FROM A LICENSED INSURER.

PURCHASING: When you purchase products from this Site, you are agreeing to the applicable rules and regulations (including refund and change penalties) and you must read them before continuing. All hotels and hostels can be cancelled for a fee.

For rail and bus passes please make sure you have read and understand the specific terms and conditions for each of the products you wish to purchase or have previously purchased. You can find this information on the individual product pages.

FLIGHTS: The name on your tickets must match the name on your passport/ID. If your name does not match, you could be denied boarding. All airlines at all airports check photo ID against tickets. If you are traveling internationally you need the proper documentation: all travelers are required to have valid passports, round-trip or onward tickets, a visa for some destinations, certification of medical inoculations for infected areas and proof of sufficient funds where applicable.

It is the traveler's responsibility to obtain proper documentation prior to purchasing airline tickets. Visa and vaccination information can be obtained by contacting the consulate for the countries you are visiting.

If you require a paper ticket, you will be charged all applicable paper ticket fees, depending on the airline. Whether you are traveling on an e-ticket or a paper ticket, you must present the proper identification (picture ID or passport) at the airport. Shipping charges typically apply with any printed ticket. If you are traveling within 7 days of the date of purchase athere will be a minimum delivery charge.

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION BY PARTICIPANT: Membership cancellations received within three (3) business days of joining will be eligible to receive a full refund. Membership cancellations will be accepted via phone, fax or e-mail, and must be dated by the stated cancellation deadline.

Membership cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.

All physical or digital format membership benefits received by member must be cancelled/returned in condition received. All refund requests must be made by the primary member or credit card holder. Refund requests must include the name of the member, cardholder, and/or transaction number.

Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment. The above policies apply to all memberships unless otherwise noted in membership materials.

Cancellations will be accepted and full refunds due if received 60 days prior to travel in writing or via email at info@idsdiscovery.com and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline (see above). All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder. Refund requests must include the name of the member, all travel attendees and/or transaction number. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment minus any and all fees incurred. These above policies apply to all members. Please read all individual materials thoroughly for any specific policies.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be authorized. Within three (3) days of the invoice date their membership was purchased.

Within three (3) days of purchase we will refund the purchase amount in full if membership materials have been returned in the condition received. An additional fee will be withheld from the refund total, presently $450.00. Products provided/sold by Partners and/or Affiliates programs are subject to the return policy of the Partners/Affiliates. Products which are software-based or downloadable from our website or provided via electronic media (i.e. CD-ROM, flash drives, etc.) are non-refundable.
